If you have no credit card, we ask for a deposit (bank transfer) of 30% of the total price with indication of the date of arrival and departure.
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the room or apartment booking. Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late arrival or early departure the entire period booked will be charged.
- Pets and smoking in the hotel rooms are not allowed.
- On the day of arrival the room/apartment is at your disposal from 3 pm. Late check-in is possible until 9 pm.
- The final bill can be paid in cash up to € 999.99, or with Visa, Euro or Mastercard.
